SPARK Services International Calling Policy Agreement

1. Purpose
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the use of international calling services provided by SPARK Services. By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of these terms and agrees to comply with them fully.

2. Customer Responsibility
The customer agrees to be solely responsible for all charges, costs, and liabilities related to the use of international calling services on their 3CX system, including but not limited to any unauthorized or fraudulent use of these services.

3. Fraud and Security
The customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the security of their 3CX system and any associated devices or networks. SPARK Services is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from hacking, unauthorized access, or any form of fraud associated with the use of international calling services on the customer’s 3CX system.

4. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SPARK Services, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from any fraud or unauthorized use related to international calling on the customer’s 3CX system.

5. Notification of Fraud
The customer agrees to immediately notify SPARK Services in the event of any suspected or confirmed fraud related to their 3CX system. Failure to promptly notify SPARK Services may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges their understanding of the risks associated with international calling services and agrees to assume full responsibility for any fraudulent activity or security breaches.

7. Electronic Signature
The customer agrees that their electronic signature on this document constitutes their acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
