Did a great job and was very fast phone was completely broken !

Had a battery replaced in my laptop today (10/22/24) the process was no longer than 20mins. It did take a week for the battery to arrive which is understandable, but the staff and service was great. Digging the techie vibe inside as well. Most definitely will return for future services when needed.

we couldn’t get Internet anywhere and my kids were going crazy and I found this site by doing some research and I’ll tell you what it is the best Internet we have ever had. we’ve had satellite before because we live on a farm and let me tell you the satellite was terrible. It cost so much money. You only got so many gigs and if you went over, they charged you more. We couldn’t even watch one movie using satellite after receiving the Spark Services it was easy to set up just plugged it in and we were done, my kids tablets are connected through Wi-Fi. We have multiple TVs and everything works. It’s unlimited Internet and I praise them for making our lives so much better

PROS: Hands down the best rural internet service provider in existence and this is coming from someone who had AT&T for years (that was an unhappy union). It's fast, convenient, easy to set up and use and unlimited - my "pink" device can hold up to 24 devices! I have had next to zero buffer time, and no lagging or throttling. CONS: Didn't find it sooner. That's it. Run, don't walk to the click button and make Spark your new ISP today. Don't hesitate.

Wanted to post a review here because I'm very thankful for Spark Services. They are extremely responsive and helpful. I started off having the SIM-based version of their service, which was then in turn upgraded to eSIM. I had problems with the SIM-based one, but this was due to the carrier, not to Spark. I've been on the eSIM one for a few months now and it's been great. First off, I take this with me camping and use it for streaming: it is GREAT for it! It works well, no problems. When at home, I work from home, so I use it as a secondary ISP (which my router will fail over to when my primary, coax-based ISP is not working), and it works great as well. My primary was out for about 8 hours yesterday but I was able to stay up and operational the entire time thanks to Spark. I have been very impressed with their services and I have not seen an instance where they are misleading or falsely advertising, there do not appear to be any speed caps or slowdowns (with the caveat of everything streaming at 1080p, but that's fine of course). This company is literally the best! Cannot recommend them enough! I've now convinced three others to get Spark and they all tell me they love it.

I currently have their internet service and for the price it's not bad at all. Can stream multiple devices and game at the same time. My only complaint and it's a pretty big one is that every month a day or so after my bill gets taken out my Internet goes out. So about once a month I have to open a ticket and sometimes it's on the weekends. They don't offer 24/7 support so if it's out on the weekends, you have to wait which is frustrating to no end.

I give 5 STARS to spark as the internet is awesome and the customer support us top notch. I highly recommend for anyone that lives in a rv like I do and wants internet for gaming or streaming. This internet will do it all 👍

Great service! Just upgraded to the 5g service modem and it is fast and steady. I have been very pleased with customer service and support in general. spark services is a very reasonable price for such great service!

Awesome speeds 100 to 150 MB download speeds. Awesome customer service helped me through the trouble ticket. Half the price of the other guys twice the internet. I win!

Have had it for over 2 weeks now! No big provider is in my subdivision and dish is no good! Heard about spark services from my auto insurance provider representative Harry from the houghton lake state farm location! He uses spark and said nothing but positive things and he was right! I've had zero issues thus far and it's exactly what I needed speed wise!! A+ for this company! 5☆ from me!

Company has been friendly and has been able to get me good internet speeds when every other company either has data limits for good speeds or will not service my location because there is no fiber where I am at even though I am within city limits. I have seen my speeds go up to 50mbps when all I was getting was 2mbps max with my last provider. Thank you for all the help!

Great internet service

Migrated an old HDD to a newer faster SSD. Just what the Doctor ordered. Quicker boots, better response times, faster shut downs.

After many, many gaggle searches to find a reasonable, reliable internet provider in my area, finally Spark Services came up in a search. As I didn't want to buy equipment and being on a limited income, all the others were very pricey. Spark Services answers their phone and immediately let me know what carriers were the strongest and best to go with. And they do not charge for their equipment, you return it when you decide to cancel. And there are no contracts. All the other providers were using the same carrier and never recommended nor told me what the others in my area may be. Glad for this, I have a strong signal. After receiving the router/modem, the setup was easy. My TV however, didn't seem to be able to 'use' the internet even though it found it. I then called Spark Services again and they immediately handled my problem and was extremely knowledgeable about the TV issues etc. I decided to at least get my PC "hard wired" and hooked up to the TV via the hdmi and then everything worked great. I can only say this was the least expensive, more reliable service by far and since using my PC, my TV finally resolved it's issue and now that is also working great. I can access all my subscriptions via the TV apps or PC. At $99 /month, it is very reliable so far and reasonable. No contracts, no complicated equipment to buy. And with very few providers to pick from, I am glad I finally found Spark Services. I am in the Appalachian Mountain area by the New River, VA.

Service is great and it was easy to set up!

The modem was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It was very easy to set up and has been working as expected. I called with a billing question and the customer service was friendly and helpful.

We haven't had this service a full month yet but so far it's been good. We have had a decent signal. The signing up process was easy. We ain't needed help with anything so we can't say how that is. Hopefully it won't be a headache like some of the other companies.
